Mississippi Mud Studios and Clay Supply is now located in the historic Fountain Park business and creative arts campus at 2728 Asbury Road Dubuque Iowa. The studio previously located on Bluff Street in the Cable Car district had outgrown its two room basement space.
Mississippi Mud Studios is home to four professional artists, and 15-20 associates. We conduct numerous programs and workshops throughout the year from kids classes, beginner wheel and hand building to specific workshops such as glaze calculation workshops, to kiln design and fabrication.
Mississippi Mud Clay Supply is also located with the studio. We are the local distributors for Laguna, Great Lakes Clay, Brent Amaco, Peter Pugger and more.
As a special benefit to members, Mississippi Mud Studios is pleased to offer a gallery page for each Associate and Professional member. Current member work will be displayed as well as contact information of the artist. The art work shown in the gallery is for sale. Should you want to contact the artist directly for commission work, feel free to do so via this site.
